Parking at Masjid As-Siddiq

Parking at the Islamic Center is treated as a donation to support the masjid. The Islamic Center runs solely on the contributions of its members and the community. By purchasing a parking permit, you are directly supporting the operations and upkeep of Masjid As-Siddiq.

Personal / Reserved Spaces

Numbered 1–10 on Connell Street

  • Numbered reserved space (Spaces 1–10, Connell Street)
  • No other vehicles allowed in your space during working hours
  • Your spot is guaranteed during weekday working hours (8AM–5PM, Mon–Fri, excluding game days)
  • Unauthorized vehicles WILL BE TOWED without notice

Unmarked Spaces

  • A space is available during working hours for valid permit holders
  • Available spaces on Connell Street and masjid lots during weekday working hours (8AM–5PM, Mon–Fri, excluding game days)

Jumu'ah Friday Parking

Parking lots are open to the public on Fridays from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM for Jumu'ah prayer. All are welcome to park during this time without a permit.

Terms & Conditions

Please review all terms before purchasing a parking permit

  1. 1

    Parking permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of payment does not guarantee a permit. The Islamic Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  2. 2

    Parking permits are non-transferable. Only the registered vehicle may park in the designated space.

  3. 3

    Working hours are defined as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding OSU football game days and federal holidays.

  4. 4

    Permit holders must display a valid parking permit in a visible location on the vehicle's dashboard or rearview mirror at all times while parked.

  5. 5

    Vehicles without a valid displayed permit parked in designated spaces during working hours will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without warning.

  6. 6

    Personal/Reserved permit holders (spaces 1–10 on Connell Street) have exclusive rights to their numbered space during working hours. No other vehicle may occupy these spaces during working hours.

  7. 7

    Unmarked permit holders are not guaranteed a specific parking space. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis among unmarked permit holders during working hours.

  8. 8

    Parking permits are not refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: vehicle sale, permit loss, or early termination of use.

  9. 9

    Parking lots are open to the public every Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for Jumu'ah prayer. Reserved spaces are released during this time.

  10. 10

    The Islamic Center is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.

  11. 11

    Permit holders are expected to park within designated lines and to not block fire lanes, handicapped spaces, or building entrances.

  12. 12

    Permits are valid for the term purchased (semester or year). Permits expire at the end of the term and must be renewed for continued access.

  13. 13

    The Islamic Center reserves the right to revoke a parking permit at any time for violations of these terms. No refund will be provided upon revocation.

  14. 14

    Parking spaces may be unavailable during special events, construction, or other circumstances beyond the Islamic Center's control. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  15. 15

    By purchasing a parking permit, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by the Islamic Society of Stillwater and acknowledge that parking is a donation to support the masjid.
